Randolph Severn "Trey" Parker III (Conifer, 19 de outubro de 1969) é um ator, animador, cineasta e compositor estadunidense. Ele é mais conhecido por co-criar South Park (desde 1997) e O Livro de Mórmon (2011) com seu parceiro criativo Matt Stone. Parker se interessou por cinema e música quando criança e no ensino médio e frequentou a Universidade do Colorado em Boulder, onde conheceu Stone. Os dois colaboraram em vários curtas-metragens e co-estrelaram o musical Cannibal! O Musical.
